The chicken breast on my breakfast sandwich was thinner than the egg. This is a first for this restaurant so it's very disappointing. It's so thin that the texture of it was jerky and not a fresh chicken breast

Food arrived fresh and hot! Chick-fil-A® Nuggets Meal arrived hot and crispy and the sun joy was cold and still had plenty of ice upon arrival. Kudos to my dasher! A1

Every time I order, the amount of nuggets in the salad is completely inconsistent. Even when I pay extra for additional nuggets, they’re rarely included. The salad usually arrives with barely any nuggets at all, just a small, poorly shredded portion scattered throughout. Paying for the upgrade feels like a waste of money because I’m charged for extra nuggets but receive the same amount as a regular order. No matter what add-ons or upgrades I pay for, the portion never changes. If you’re going to charge customers for extras, you should actually include them in the order.
