The mac and cheese tasted old and burned, not at all fresh.
The sandwhich was so small it was not worth the price at all! I could get a foot long sub for $2 more and more ingredient choices!
I would not order again!

This is our favorite "trapped over the lunch hour" spot. So far, our delivery orders have been correct and the food is always delicious. We love having so many options for our varied preferences & needs. My favorite is the Grilled Chicken on Flatbread with added mushrooms and tomatoes, and they put on the perfect amount of everything without making it impossible to eat.

Cubano im from puerto rico. this is a staple. theread should be sweeter and more of the deli mustard.
it should also be cut deli style, not middle.
taste was good, portion and came fresh.
if they adjust a bit. will order again.IBC Cream Soda was great.

The pot pie soup ought to have come with a plastic spoon, but was superb nonetheless. Both sandwiches were also outstanding. The "Sweet Heat BBQ" sauce is well worth a try for anybody who likes BBQ.

The Pot pie soup is my new comfort order. Always the same, always great. I noticed a lot of people say the sandwiches are dry, but potbelly toasts the sandwiches unlike other places so theyre gonna be drier.
