My new go-to for Chinese in the area. I've tried them all and this is a great mix of great taste, well packaged and prepared food, and good value.
We had the general tso special with boneless spare ribs and lo mein. I would have preferred white rice as an option over fried rice or lo mein. We also had the Szechuan tofu with vegetables, which was great.

Best Chinese food we've had in a very long time. General Tso's dinner had the perfect balance of flavor and heat, the dumplings were great, and the Crab Rangoon even tasted fresh reheated the next morning. Will definitely order from here again

First time ordering and will definitely order again. The General Tsao's chicken was great...nice portion and tasty sauce. The cold sesame noodles was also great and brocolli in garlic sauce too. The sweet and sour pork was dissappointing however...it was deep fried pork bites served with a strange sweet clear red colored sauce that looked artificially colored and nothing else...no veggies or pineapple.

Happy Ming is best Chinese in the area and ive tried them all lol been eating here since 2011. Food isgood and their general tso is actually good not super breaded like other places
