• 4/21/26Salmon cappuccino is actually Salmon carpaccio. no coffee involved. the salmon was tender, but wasn't pounded thin as carpaccio should be. it was more like a carpaccio sashimi, and needed a bit more yuzu rather than oil. But it satisfied my protein jones. I had a few pieces of steak and will save it till tomorrow. It's a lot. First order from Fuji Steakhouse.
