I ordered a Cobb Salad, and am pretty disappointed. There were no bell pepper strips, barely any egg or cheese on it. I requested a Spicy Filet, but received three hard overcooked spicy chicken strips. This costs entirely too much to receive such poor service. Definitely will NOT order again.

I ordered the side salad and have done so for quite a while. I pay to customize the salad and they always leave items out of the salad or add items to the salad that weren't requested. I don't have these issues when I go to Fort Mill and Rock Hill SC in person, but the DoorDash from Rivergate is horrible.

As usual, the french fries were cold and have no flavor and sadly this is the first time I have experienced this, but every single sandwich was so thin like not even a half an inch thick when I'm used to very thick juicy chicken on my sandwiches. I was so disappointedthey were dry and just not much there.

Love this place. But when you pay a premium for things you should receive those things. Twice we've ordered French fries and received our order. The container isn't even half full. Again. If you pay for a full container you should receive a full container.

The breakfast bowl was the worst thing I've ever been given through door dash. it wasn't even enough for a child to eat. ridiculous. and for the price I'm highly disappointed.
