I didn't realize "Buddy V's" was "Cake Boss. I thought it was a local bakery as I've not lived here long. I was expecting a fresh, bakery worthy cake and smooth buttercream icing. It was pre-packaged frozen cake. The cake was bland, it was wet, but still dry (sounds weird, just hard to describe) it wasn't moist. The icing is shortening based, NOT butter. (I would know, I was a cake decorator for 30yrs). This cake was NOT worth the price! Go to WM or Kroger and get an entire cake for the price of one slice of this. We ordered three flavors and they all get the same review.
