• 9/12/22No real lettuce, only the ends. No bacon bits. Half the size of salad it normally is. Barely any parmesan. Very disappointing as I get this salad a lot and have ALWAYS said it's the best. Such a disappointment for a 20$ salad that I could have made from scraps myself. Not impressed berwick.

• 10/19/23Everything about it was a miss. undercooked bacon on the ceaser salad, the Ruben was made with gristle-y roast beef, and the jus for the prime rib sandwich was separated and smelled old.

• 11/13/24Steak bites were burnt and dry! Way too salty very dissapoining! Able to eat about half of them. Waste of money.

• 3/20/23The Hong Kong Lettuce Wraps was a total disappointment. The chicken was not fried or crispy, no seasonings , supposed to comes with crispy noodles...which was missing there. How someone can can wrap it with lettuce, chicken was like steamed with mashroom liquidy ...this is not lettuce wrap stuffing at all. This is not the first time when we are eating lettuce wrap. We are completely aware how it should be. We ended up not eating it.
