• 7/16/23All the meats were tasty, moist, good smoke flavor and not too salty. Good bark.The sides that come with the motherlode are Cup size sides, so if you want more than a spoonful of person, you will want to double up on the sides you want the most. The cucumber salad, baked beans, collards, slaw, hush puppies were great. Loved the fried okra, I usually like at all.

• 9/13/22I order from here regularly and it never disappoints. Plenty of brisket in the baked beans and the peach cobbler is always delicious. Chicken portion was a little small but the heaping portions of everything else is more than enough to make up for it.

• 9/9/25$20.00 for 2 meats??? One piece of brisket and 3 small pieces of smoked turkey. Not worth the cost. The slice of Texas toast is bigger than the meat. This place has really declined. I will not order again.

• 7/29/25Ribs absolutely perfect, hush puppies delightfully crisp on the outside and slightly sweet. Potato salad a show stopper and couldn't have been better. Generous portions and a great way to end the day!
