• 7/25/23Uhh 10/10 I don't usually leave reviews or ever really had a reason . This wasn't just my best door dash experience but the sandwich and presentation it was soo good. I had Olivia old south on croissant ! I haven't had a fire sandwich since being back home in New Orleans! Everything was great the utensils in my order, the cute cookie with my order ! I will definitely be ordering again.

• 9/30/25This is my first order from Chicken Salad Chick. This is what $13 gets you, 4oz scoop of chicken salad, 7 grapes, 1 mushy strawberry, and a slice of limp pickle. I am very disappointed and won't order or go in person again. Pitiful.

• 11/14/24Poorly constructed, no extra tomatoes or lettuce. Bacon was 1 strip and soggy. So disappointed as this was not cheap. Threw the entire thing away.

• 9/11/26First time ever that the bread is dry and chicken salad tasted awful. Something was left out of the recipe. I had to throw it away.Sandwich Meal Sandwich I ordered two items and both were a disapointment.
