• 11/28/25I ordered a chicken sandwich, and the patty was so burnt it was almost black. My entire thing of fries was spilt in the bag, and the drink I received (which wasn't the right drink either) was spilt and half empty. Food is great when they don't put half effort into it.

• 12/9/22Their frappe machine was down and my food arrived cold. I had to get a coke in place which comes free with the meal so I'm not even sure if I got my $2.89 back. Yes, I value that extra $2. Times are hard.

• 6/7/25Missing vanilla milkshake, no extra espresso I asked and paid for in Mocha Frappé which I also upsized and paid for a large and it wasn't even close to being full, no straws. The picture is how they put Big Macs together. First time ordering from here. Not a great first impression.
