I ordered the quarter dark meat and they sent white meat. Not complaining at all! It was well seasoned and juicy. I got plantains because I love them. And the flan was the best I've had in a long time. Good job!

The order is for a whole chicken, but it didn't include the breast—only the legs and thighs. It seems they ran out of one of the sides, as I had ordered yuca; I picked up the order myself, and they didn't mention anything or ask if the substitution was okay—I just got a modest amount of potatoes instead. However, this is the second time the chicken hasn't included the portions I paid $32 for. I think it’s better to be honest with the customer and say, "We don't have this item; would you like something else?"

So good, didn't have the chance to take a picture before I started eating. The plantains weren't fried the way I was expecting and were more sweet than savory. The other fried option was almost a potato texture and really flaky and delicious. The chicken was amazing, really fresh and still hot even after driving 15-20 min back. It almost had a smoky taste to it. Rice and beans were perfect portion. Really good and will be eating there again, but next time planning to order direct from their website because they included multipe coupons in the bag!

The quality has gone down tremendously. Chicken was not cooked with fat still raw. The chaufa had way too much salt. I'd recommend looking at Sardis over this waste of money

I tried Crisp & Juicy bc of all the amazing reviews, but it was SOOOOO BORING (even with the sauces)! I had ordered the Chicken Bowl with all 4 sauces (on the side to try each). It was unbelievably bland.
Don Pollo and Las Sardis were so much better in my opinion.
