• 1/23/22Food is consistently good. Chicken tortilla soup is exceptional. But the service - well the service is truly exceptional. I've never waited more than 15 minutes, there is never a line, and I'm always met with a smile.

3 young women laughing after my pickup order wasn't started until I got there to pick it up.
fish in Fish Taco was black and soggy. bowl was smaller than previously. chips scattered in every item but not a single salsa.

• 8/5/26First the positives ... the food arrived hot and well packaged. The rest, not so much. The chips were so overdone they were hard to eat. The Cali fries were such a disappointment... so bland. Salt, lime juice and hot sauce helped some but not enough. My roommate enjoyed his birria tacos. The horchata was noted as "disgusting " but I personally did not taste it. A$50 meal that was not at all worth it.

• 5/29/26Best Vegetarian Burrito in NYC! I especially love the Kale and Hominy one! Plentiful portions, fresh ingredients, and incredibly consistent. As a Bay Area native, I am very picky about my burritos and Maya never disappoints! It's my go-to spot!
