Bag was not stapled shut, food arrived cold and portion size was small. Lemon-butter sauce was watery. Side salad was good, as were string beans. Disappointed in the size of the pieces of chicken and amount of pasta for the price. Gave it a second chance (similar small portion last time). I've ordered this several times prior and portion was better.

food was fantastic. creme brulee cake is awesome. my only critique might be that i added chicken to my pasta and it was not very much chicken and diced so tiny i could hardly find it.... but it was freshly grilled and tasted great! it was a lunch order and there was tons of pasta so i was quite full, so it's a minor complaint. seafood dish was great too

I've been a fan of Barone's for many years. We ate there the first week they opened in Moorestown. I think they are one of the best Italian restaurants in the Moorestown-Mount Laurel area. I ordered chicken parm for the first time in a very long time and hade two meals out of it. The chicken was tender, the breading-very crispy and not overly seasoned. There was just the right amount of cheese and sauce. The pasta was perfect, which is unusual for delivery. The sauce was made with whole tomato and I'm not sure why, but I wasn't crazy about it. It by no means not good, it was-but though there was an underlying sweetness, it was bitter. I can't put my finger on it, perhaps the tomatos used? I added cracked pepper, which helped a bit. The salad as usual was fresh and crisp. The dressing is lovely, light and vinegary. Included are two pizza dough triangles which were perfection. For dessert there was limoncello cake, which is also a favorite. The slice was smaller than remembered and for as good as it is, difficult to share. For the price point, Barone's can't be beat.

The Vongole in white wine sauce was delicious but I didn't realize the lunch portion was smaller than the dinner portion since the price was the same. I was very disappointed to receive a smaller portion for the same price I paid for the dinner portion of Vongole. Not sure if I will be ordering during lunch time again.
