Like the other reviews state: the cake is frozen. But once  the cake thaws, it is moist and delicious.  We've tried several different slices and they've all been great!!

I got the wrong kinds, they were frozen and in prepackaged, unappealing containers. $10 a slice for frozen cake (and the wrong kind) plus delivery fees, $15 (??) Disappointed and won't order again.

Not really worth ordering. Cake is practically frozen and doesn't taste that great.  Very disappointed.

Got the  Black & White Fudge Cake Slice
Comes frozen, but good when thawed. 
Also ordered bottle of Coca Cola, but received a can of Pepsi. That was a disappointment.

The cake is FROZEN!! Doesn't say that on the website.  No instructions on how to eat it.   Tastes really bad
