Delicious, fresh, generous portions reasonably priced, plus the restaurant's considerate choice in allowing for additional customer requests on DD app (and actually paying attention & accommodating those!) have made Similan our go-to for Thai food. Personal fave: Pad See Ew with grilled scallops, add red bell peppers & scallions. WOW - large scallops perfectly grilled to delectable perfection make the already savory dish spectacular. Another scrumptious standout: Pad Thai with crispy soft-shell crab tempura (which Similan thoughtfully packs separately to ensure crab is delivered crisp!) BOTH DISHES ARE YUMMY TO DIE FOR 😋🌟😋🌟😋🌟😋🌟😋🌟 Have a low tolerance for spicy food so picked lowest spicy level 1 which had more than enough kick.

I'm giving 100 stars. Incredible, considerate chef who actually reads & accommodates customer prep requests + premium quality ingredients = the most delicious Thai food other restaurants cannot match. Pad See Ew was phenomenal with perfectly grilled scallops, tender juicy noodles & personal taste tweaks including green & red bell peppers & scallions. Gyoza was perfect too, 5 delectable dumplings containing tasty crunchy finely chopped veges along with flavorful citrus dipping sauce. Previously have also enjoyed Pad Thai with the tempura soft shell crab, considerately packaged separately from the noodles to preserve it's delicious crunch! This chef & restaurant's impeccable attention to every detail, from honoring requests to how everything is carefully packaged & sealed for delivery, convey the clear message that Similan cares about it's customers. We need more of this attitude in a world where quality is steadily declining & the message is clear indifference. WELL DONE & THANK YOU!

You're not going you find better Thai food in North County for such a reasonable price. Their Pad See Ew just might be the best noodle dish I've ever had (I'm a professional chef). Curries, fried rice dishes, appetizers...all fantastic. Enjoy.

I ordered pad sew and tom kha. Both were a hit! I have ordered pad sew multiple times from this place and have always enjoyed it. The broccoli was just perfect with a slight crunch. If you want authentic pad sew, look no further!

Beware, the Panang Curry has a baseline mild/moderate spice level despite ordering as "no spicy" and not mentioned in description. Ordered twice with same issue, so not a mistake. (I have to be careful for serving our kids and while nursing our baby, super disappointed. Pricey for serving size, but packaged well.
