I think they changed they're recipes, and it's even better than before! The spicy ramen was spicier, and the mushroom ramen tasted like those mushrooms were bbq or something. Delicious! Will definitely keep eating here!

Best Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen I've found here in Utah so far, great flavor, freshness, and proportion, definitely something I will be ordering again.

Ordered the ramen and there was Barely two bites of chicken that we paid extra for :/
When I called they said that it is what it is... no offer of anything so won't purchase from them anymore
Very unfortunate response to a customer that loved their food

Comes with half a egg, fish cake, bamboo, green onion and seaweed. Along with pork and chicken slices, but the broth is the best part! The noodles are hand made and absolutely incredible!

The Tetsu Hell Fire was disappointing. It sacrifices noticeably on the flavor to be spicier and still only hits mild annoyance rather than real heat. The Spicy Super Shouyu Tonkotsu was pretty good. Not spicy, but really good flavor and nice rich broth.
