Today was my turn to catch the nasty cold that ran through the family. I needed soup but as someone with a food allergy ordering from a new place is always tricky. I called Springbone and got a nice clear answer and an assurance that they would look out for my order and double check the ingredients.
I ordered the Bad Hombre Broth which had a very mild heat to it- perfect for stuffiness from a cold- and the depth of flavor and silkiness that would be expected from home-made bone-broth.
I also got a side of the chickpea salad. It reminded me of the white-vinegar bean salad my mom used to make. So good! What else can a sick person want than the comfort of mom's cooking?
This is my new favorite place to order from. I can't wait to be non-germy so I can go try it in person.

Yuzu Salmon bowl tastes Great! Perfect all around. The Liquid Gold broth was also on point! Healthy Dinner that ALSO tastes Great is hard to find in most places... but I see that is NOT the case here. I will definitely be ordering from here again next time I'm in town. Thank you!

What's the standard then? The Chili Tofu Noodle Bowl is half the size of the Build Your Own bowl, but not half the price. It looks even more meager when I mix it.
I don't get this: for $15.35 the customer gets 10 cubes of tofu, 1/4 cup of kimchi, half a cup of broccoli and 1/3 of cup of noodles?
