They always get my drinks perfect. My Frappe starts my day at 6 am and my Lotus Italian Soda keeps amazingly well in the fridge until around 1pm to push me over the hump. Both of these drinks taste extraordinarily delicious 😋

Love love love!!! So good like always! Phenomenal! My all time favorite! It was as fresh as if I went to the coffeeshop and ordered it myself! The desert pear and dragonfruit mixed with the pink lotus is the most delicious combination! You should definitely give it a try! And I always get 2 extra pumps of lotus for the perfect wake me up! (I just tell them to add 2 extra pumps of lotus and charge me extra in the special instructions and they always make it perfectly!) some places just ignore your special requests or don't make it the exact way you want them to, but fresh cup makes it perfectly customized for me every time! Really appreciate that! Sometimes it is a serious struggle trying to customize your order on DoorDash and you never really know if they are actually going to read and follow through with your special instructions, so I am happy that they care enough about their customers satisfaction & needs and quality of service and drink enough to make sure every one is happy and gets exactly what they asked for! If I could give you guys more stars I definitely would!

This is my hands down my all time favorite coffeeshop to order Lotus Smoothies from in Anchorage, Ak.! They make it so perfect and delicious every time I love this place!!! Always my go-to coffeeshop, plus they're open a lot later than most other places (besides boom coffeeshop) so that's definitely a huge bonus for me & my schedule! Definitely recommend trying it out! Sooo delicious & fresh every time I order from here on DoorDash! Truly a hidden gem!If you love lotus smoothies and you need a big energy boost then you should try out their lotus smoothies for sure!

I am a huuge fan of fresh cup espresso and only have a few things to critique. I love love their lotus drinks, only downside to ordering their slushies is even if my door dasher is very fast my slushy may be half melted? So i'm not sure if they freeze the slushies until the door dasher arrives or perhaps adding more ice to door dash slushies will help!! And i've ordered their breakfast burrito a few times because I find it to be very yummy and I like saving some for later since it's a huge burrito. However this recent order I had, the wrap was very raw and made it unappetizing to eat. But I guess thinking about it the wrap is usually slightly raw? However it wasn't such a huge bother, I only wanted to leave this review because this recent time the wrap had thick bites that were just very raw and I couldn't eat it. I also left a picture of the inside of the bag because I think it would be best if the napkins and straw weren't sealed shut in the bag with hot food because it just causes the napkins and straw to get all wet. I don't mean to make this review very long but I've ordered from fresh cup espresso manyyy times and I enjoy the shop as a whole! The workers are very friendly and have even remembered me and asked if I would want the usual. I only wanted to leave this review in hopes it helps them grow better as a coffee stand!!

Prices are high, but everything we've gotten has been fantastic and made it a worthy treat. They've been reliable, the drinks are excellent and the food delicious and prepared thoughtfully compared to some coffee stands (ready to eat out of the containers, heated, utinsils, napkins). They follow special instructions like specific backup preferences which is appreciated.
