• 2/3/25Loaded Brisket Fry was great, plenty of brisket and queso. the Fried Chicken Deviled Eggs were very wet and slippery, they tasted good but werent firm enough to pick up in one piece

• 5/5/2318HR Brisket was horrible . Completely over cooked . It was so tough, it was so hard to even chew. & It was not a half lbs . It came as 2 small cuts . Ive seen bacon bigger than that "half lbs" Coleslaw was odd season and dry . Only thing I even found half edible was the baked beans if I eat them quickly.

• 2/21/25I ordered a half rack of ribs - they had good flavor but were tough. They needed a few more hours of cooking
The Baked Beans were good, and I would recommend them. The Collard Greens were also good, but I didn't have any salt or pepper juice, which would have set them off.
The Cornbread Hushpuppies are easily the best part of the meal. Delicious
I didn't get any silverware - which was a pain
