• 2/17/22I want to like Cava. I've tried different items thinking that maybe I was just choosing the wrong combination of ingredients, but it's just not very good. The bowls and salads arrive soggy and way overdressed/sauced. The greens are floating in liquid, there are too many competing flavors, and nothing seems fresh or crisp. I miss Zoes.

• 9/5/22I have ordered this same meal so many times and it is delicious. However my rice is hard and undercooked.. and therefore i am unable to eat my meal... and there was 5 items missing in my bowl of 10 requested items. Extremely disappointing and the fix was a 4 dollar refund for a 15 dollar bowl.

• 3/8/24Arrived with no silverware. I ordered a side of pita chips, did not get pita chips.
They're not even on the receipt on the bag though it's on the receipt in the app and I was charged for pita chips.
Bowl is much less full than when I go in person. Like 3/4 full. Rice is undercooked and hard.
Essentially.... this is not what I paid for. Very disappointing.
