ALWAYS good. Grilled chicken is tender and flavorful. Brined pickles are my fave. Huge variety of toppings so you can always have something a little different from the time before if you want. Portions are good - usually get two meals off one.

On seeing the order I thought the quantity is too less for a full portion and 17$ worth but I couldn't Pierce into the falafel with their plant starch or my sturdy steel fork! The food was far from fresh, saltless and just not tasty. So disappointed! This has not been my experience with cava before so may be its the location. Spicy GreensGrains Bowl

Caution: Portions were the smallest of any Cava I've been to. Slightly overcooked rice. Still Cava tho, which I'll take over Chipotle any day.

The Bad -There were no greens in my Greens + Grains Bowl. The falafel was stale, the chicken had pieces of cartilidge or bone. So gross. The pita was hard a a rock about 2" in from the edge; it had been microwaved and rolled up in the wrapper .
The Good - the grains, tzatiki, hummus and Balsamc Date dressings. The delivery was straight forward, no issues.
The Great - Blueberry Lavender drink is refreshing and so smooth.
