I ordered pastries for guests & an Iced White Mocha for myself.
To start, the packaging was the safest/most secure of any delivery I have received to date. Each pastry was in its own paper bag. Then all placed in a large bag which was Fully sealed. (No pastries squished or stuck together!) And I was Most Pleased at how the drink was sealed with a sticker Fully covering the straw hole. (As a bit of a germ phob, ha, this made me So Happy!!)
The iced mocha was Perfect! No bitterness and yet Not overly sweet- Juuuust Right.
I placed this order for my company because I have had Insomnia's Blueberry Blackberry Scone before & LOVED them! (I don't understand why, but Most local bakeries just flat-out Fail with scones.) These are Perfectly made. And with the Fresh berries, it takes them over the top! If you truly appreciate a good scone- This is the place to go.
I also ordered Traditional Croissant & they were cooked Perfectly as well.
I will Absolutely order from Insomnia again!

Ordered a variety of baked goods including the traditional and chocolate croissants, the cinnamon pecan coffee cake, and cinnamon roll. The croissants were buttery and flaky, the coffee cake had a nice subtle flavor, and the cinnamon roll was delicious (and huge!). The iced real caramel latte was also exceptional, very smooth and with just the right amount of caramel.

I've never ordered from this place or been there in person.
Hand Pie (Gluten Free) is very delicious! it has a nice texture, tastes like a biscuit. Very mild flavor.
Chocolate Chip Cookie (Not Gluten Free) A Little too much salt, but that's easy to deal with, otherwise, excellent!
Real Caramel Latte well... the coffee was good quality, strong and smooth flavor. However, it wasn't even close to full and the caramel was barely noticeable. Was disappointing.

loved everything, only thing I wouldn't get again is the Biscuit Sandwich because it's just so dense and bulky. taste was good though! I also really appreciated that when I asked for sausage and the restaurant ended up being out of it they included bacon wrapped separate with my order so I could put that on. I'm visiting from out of town and thought this place was fantastic. wish I could bring it to Omaha with me!

Insomnia is one of my favorite local spots. They have amazing baked goods, and their chocolate whip on drinks like the Iced Aztec Mocha I ordered this morning really make them special. Everything was delicious as always 😊
