Everything was nice and fresh. They package it all really well. The chashu had a good amount of meat instead of being purely fat, like some places. Flavors were great and the broth was nice and savory. I just wish they still sold the 16 oz tabera on DoorDash.

Ordered the signature HINODEYA "House" Ramen, customized with Chashu Pork, Sukiyaki Beef, Level 1 mild Koko Kara spice, and specific requests for no bamboo shoots or chili threads. Selecting the uncooked noodle option for takeout proved to be an excellent feature, as it allowed the noodles to be boiled fresh at home and completely avoided the sogginess typical of delivered ramen. The ingredients reflected top-tier quality and careful packing. Both the chashu pork and the tender sukiyaki beef were portioned generously, and the seasoned toppings integrated seamlessly into the dashi-infused broth. The broth was sealed tightly in a durable container with zero mess, preserving its clean, aromatic seafood and umami richness without feeling overly heavy or greasy. Offering uncooked noodles alongside perfectly measured proteins and broth highlights a kitchen that genuinely understands how to maintain restaurant-caliber ramen standards for to-go orders. the Hinodeya Ramen was delicious and filling. large quantity of soup i had enough for two meals! the Chicken Kara-age was full of flavor and very crispy just wish it had a little bit bigger sized pieces. Edamame is good with the spicy seasoning sprinkled on it, very spicy!

The CREAMY RAMEN (Vegan) is insanely good. So good you almost can't believe it's vegan because of how rich, creamy, and flavorful it is. I could truly eat it every single day of my life and never get sick of it. It's a must order whether you're vegan or not!

The food is great HOWEVER they skimp on the ingredients in the ramen. Try Jinya Ramen Bar for better ramen and portions for the price.
If not here for ramen, try the Takoyaki! Definitely my favorite dish here.
