We had a great experience at Ramen 101. I ordered the chicken ramen, which was delicious, flavorful, and very satisfying. My wife prefers the black garlic ramen, and she really enjoyed its rich, savory flavor.
One thing we especially liked is that ramen isn’t all they serve. There are other options on the menu, so even if someone in your group isn’t in the mood for ramen, there’s still something for them to enjoy.
Overall, Ramen 101 is a great spot for a casual meal with plenty of variety. The food was tasty, the portions were satisfying, and we’d definitely come back again!

I made a special request to have my chicken on my CHICKEN KATSU PLATE well done. They did exactly what I requested to perfection. The rice was perfect. The broccoli was perfectly steamed and the chicken was absolutely delicious. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

BLACK GARLIC RAMEN and MISO RAMEN was very mediocre.. the only decent thing was the broth.. everything else including meat wasn't up to par for being rated 4.7. Also the CRAB RANGOONS(6PCS) were very stiff and hard to chew. $70 later and disappointment on a Friday night

Only one scallop in my SEAFOOD RAMEN. Tasted great but for 18$ and only one scallop and three shrimps. Broth is great veggies were fresh. And the shrimp was good too. Just one small scallop made me disappointed. Stuff's expensive.

 chicken was really good. It was just like the first week they opened ingredients were fresh and nicely placed, a big portion of broth to the noodle ratio was spot on. If it continues to be like this they will have me returning for more and trying new things from the menu.
