The perfect veggie avocado toast. So good I couldn't wait to sample before taking a photo. Healthy and flavorful with fresh ingredients piled high on a thick slice of whole grain toast. Don't forget to add the fruit cup for an extra boost of awesome! There are a lot of extra sides to add-on and the portion is just right for the price and calorie counters.

The avocado toast with bacon and egg is so delicious! Egg was cooked just right and plenty of avocado spread. Their regular iced tea is strong and fresh.

The short of it: Bluebird Cafe is a great cafe and we are lucky to have them on DoorDash. My advice; Do not place food delivery orders during the busy lunch hour, just stick to a few yummy beverages.
The long of it: Unfortunately, I'm sad to report that my order was delivered missing the Reuben Sandwich entirely. And, much to little Miss Maddy's dismay, the very simple Ham and Swiss Sandwich from the Kids' Menu arrived gloriously oozing with a generous adult helping of melted cheddar. Yep, you guessed it... totally gross according to the Maddy Book of Tiny Picky Eaters, haha! Immediate and multiple efforts were made to reach the Dasher and to contact Bluebird Cafe directly as well, all to no avail. Unbelievable and disappointing, because I love this cafe. Hoping they see this and promptly rectify the error by either refunding the missing and incorrect items, or, hey, just ring me and let's get a corrected order prepared and delivered asap. Better late than never. We are hungry over here!
I can't leave a review on the Reuben or the Strawberry Kiss as I did not receive them, and we know how the wrong cheese on the kid's sandwich went over. However, my order also included specialty coffees which were, like always, GREAT, and there was a surprise bonus latte to boot, so, I'm pleased to add:
PS - Bluebird Cafe coffee beverages are the best in town!! LOVE!
PSS - Loverboy, Glenwood's famous giant silver mountain lion says Bluebird Cafe milk is MEOWLISHESS!! He sends a happy purr!

My favorite go to breakfast when it's going to be a busy day at the office. If you're visiting our town, the Bluebird Cafe is the best place to start your day!

Best bagel sandwich in town!! Pastries vey small but good. Need to remove decaf as an option if beverage doesn't come decaf.
