• 10/10/23The bagels were delicious! Warm, fresh, etc. However, our order came incorrect (wrong bagels, unsliced), so that was a bummer. Wont give it a bad score though because we still loved the quality of bagel!!!

• 3 days agoI grew up on Bagels. After eating this, I've finally found a Bagel I didn't like. I ordered Pumpernickel with lox, 6 mixed bagels to eat over the week, tuna salad and bagel chips.
They clearly don't know what Pumpernickel looks and tastes like. My sandwich was 2 slices of open face pieces of the sandwich (the way I like it). But it was wet with 5 times the capers that this sandwich requires. The tomatoes were overripe, thickly sliced which seeped into the bread. After one bite and immense disgust, I threw it out.
Tuna salad was smelling off and trashed that too.
The bagel chips were too thick but my husband liked it.
Won't be shopping here again.

• 5/17/26I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese toasted (can't get much simpler). The bagel was plain and toasted but the cream cheese was dirty! It had a random hunk of salmon and some other stuff. It almost looked like someone wasn't wiping off the knife in between spreading cream cheese from one order to the next. Very gross. Also the plain bagel had a small amount of poppy seeds baked into it on only one side. Seems like they aren't cleaning their equipment in between batches of different kinds of bagels.
