First time trying potbelly and out of all the places I've eaten sandwiches this one has been my absolute favorite one the taste is amazing and very well portion i would definitely order from here again.

The packaging of some items could be better, but overall it was good. The Pizza Melt is my absolute favorite. I added the garlic aioli to the sandwich, and it was off the hook. The Half Salad + Cup of Soup was good. I got the chicken salad and cup of broccoli and cheese soup. Next time I'll add extra chicken salad though. The bowl of chili with the crackers was tasty, hot and cheesy. Finally the oatmeal and chocolate chip cookie was delicious as always:)

While the flavor is good, I ordered "original, double meat" for both the Wreck and the Grilled Chicken, and "Double Cheese" on the Chicken. The wreck was the size of a "Skinny". Neither were double meat or double cheese, which means I spent an extra $12 for something I didn't get. I will however, say they were both grilled quite well!

I was craving a sub but I didn't want no subway due to them ALWAYS giving you old stale bread. So I gave Potbelly a try. Man oh man they did not disappoint at all. I ordered A Wreck® my bread was fresh and soft. They put enough sauce and veggies on the sub. No skimpy on toppings. My sub was made to perfection 👌🏽. They did not forget anything.

Not a good order sent out of Potbelly tonight. First they didn't send the Banana Pudding Milkshake, and previously they didn't send the Cold Brew Milkshake (2x in a row). Next, the pic of half the regular size Avo Turkey sandwich w/lettuce, pickles, onions, red peppers and Extra Avocado that cost $3.49 and is clearly not in my sandwich was a sad excuse for what I've received in the past. They are never consistent at my Louetta location. I also was disappointed with the Large size Chicken Salad sandwich. The chicken salad has had much better flavor in the past. And both sandwiches were rather wet, and it's only .8 miles away. The soups were both yummy.
