The House Zalad® wasn't fresh, portion was horrible, received more lettuce with less protein.
They Handcrafted Lemonade was flat no flavor at all.

The worst chicken fingers I've ever had. They were dry, rubbery, small. I will NEVER order from Zaxby's again. The fact that an employee let this go out knowing that they were sending out a pile of s#% is infuriating.

I will just say this is the most am Zaxbys ive ever eaten at and if there was any issue with my food they always fix it.

Bag arrived sealed. Recieved the Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries that were ordered but the Chicken Finger Plate - 4 Fingerz meal was missing. They did however include the drink for the meal they left out. Quit ordering a couple years ago, figured I'd try again. Nope just the same, something is missing every single time.

The meal was very fresh and exactly what I wanted. Alisha was not given the gallon of UNSWEET tea or the large cup of water but when she went back William at Zaxby's had it ready for her to bring back to my house. Thank you so very much to William at the store and Alisha the driver to making this a great meal. Yummy!!
