• 6/16/26Ok, love you guys and your ice cream is fabulous but $8 for an ice cream taco that is the size of a $1 ice cream sandwich is a bit overboard. It tastes great and the waffle shell is nice but $8?! Maybe $4 but even that is steep IMHO. Sorry but gotta call you out on this one. Best.

• 4/22/25in case you miss it, like we did, the peanut Peanut Butter Brittle Caramel Fudge (v) is a coconut ice cream. unfortunately my partner cannot stand the flavor of coconut and initially I was hesitant but the actual flavor was pretty delicious once you get into it. I don't recommend taking bites back to back of that one and the Sourdough and Olive Oil Chocolate (v) , but separately and after thorough consideration I did a full 180 on both flavors and actually loved them. the chunks of bread in the sourdough one were rough at first but by bite 6 or 7 it really felt like I was eating the best parts of a chocolate croissant.

• 11/7/24the ghost ice cream is flavored black licorice and it says nothing about that on here or even on the website. it's also full of food dyes. when I called salt and straw the lead argued with me for multiple minutes telling me there's nothing they could do. she ended up giving me a free pint but wow... customer service was mindless.

• 8/14/22I couldn't believe the ice cream wasn't melted AT ALL when we got it. Not sure if this was the driver taking extra care of the restaurant. But super impressed. And it was delicious! Spendy. But fun treat.

• 4/28/24Was hesitant to try,but also so intrigued by, the Strawberry Honey Balsamic w/ Black Pepper - So very Delicious even though it's totally different from what I would usually get (give me all the chocolate and peanut butter!)!
