Usually get the Hu Tiêu Xao which is either soft or crispy flat rice noodles and either way is AMAZING. The ingredients this place uses is quality. This is my favorite Asian restaurant in south Austin and my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in town. I got lomein and pork spring rolls tonight and the lomein was fire, better than any Chinese restaurant. The pork is so flavorful and has the perfect amount of fat to be tasty but not too rich or overly fatty. The spring rolls are great and the peanut sauce is the bomb. Definitely try this place, they are fast and delicious. Also portions are huge and are easily 2 meals. The quality of ingredients and portion size is worth it.

For too long I ignored Dong Nai as I went to my local Target, promising myself I'd get around to trying one day. Finally, that day came and my life changed forever.
This is legit and excellent Vietnamese food, as good as any I had growing up in Houston.
The Dirty Sandwich got to me with a warm and toasted baguette stuffed with grilled pork and a grocery trips worth of veggies. It was incredible.
Ube Coffee is delicious with some kind of magical foam on the top that tastes like lavender ice cream.

I wanted try something new and the Crispy Duck with Bao(4) is so flavorful. The bao is so fresh and soft it melts in your mouth and is so filling. 10/10 would order again.
