SO HAPPY with my order! Highly recommend! The pretzel bun was probably the best I've ever had, perfect amount of softness and crunch, perfect amount of sauce and slaw as well in my smoked -Smoked Turkey on Pretzel--Side Pimento Cheese- The pimento cheese was delicious as well!

I've ordered twice from here. First was the Migas breakfast, the eggs were dry and the flavor was meh. Didn't taste very fresh. Today I ordered the Mozerella Omlette. It's basically just a hunk of mozzarella with egg in a soup of what seems to be tomato sauce. The pesto was ok. But I can't recommend any egg dishes as it's always dry, overcooked, tough, and flavorless. My husband ordered the pancakes and French toast, those were pretty good. The side of bacon is 1 very thick slice of bacon and also good. So lesson learned. I'll try other dishes in the future, just nothing with eggs.

I decided to try Phoebe's for the first time and much to my surprise, it was a big disappointment. The side of brisket looked more like soup with a little meat in it. It was beyond dripping in sauce. I assumed I would get brisket and a side of sauce or brisket with some BBQ sauce on it but not swimming in it. I have a few dietary restrictions and had to throw this away since I had no idea how much sugar or oil might be in the sauce and what the oil was. There wasn't much meat mostly sauce. The size of the drink (iced tea) was a kid size for $4. For this price or $4 & change, I typically get between a 24 oz to 30 oz tea at the many other restaurants I order from. The drinks need to be adult size. The scrambled eggs were good. Based on this experience, I doubt I will try this restaurant again.

Ordering from Phoebe's Diner has become a staple for us on weekends or whenever we have a morning in. Their -Flapjacks Full Stack (4)- are cravable and their other dishes are so tasty we love the -Chorizo Hash--Brisket Benny- & Shrimp and Grits!

The Phoebe's Benedict was delicious! More than I could eat. Eggs tasted fresh and will definitely order again. The hash brown casserole wasn't as good as I expected but may be better at the restaurant
