• 8/27/26One of the cookies was smashed on the side of the box and the box was not sealed either. Poor quality for the cost of $15 for 3 mini cookies. Very disappointing!

• 4/7/23I've never been disappointed in Crumbl the cookies are always fresh and delicious. 3 were warm and 1 was cold. I'm not a fan of brownie but the double brownie cookie was AMAZING! Def will order again.

• 6/28/24We usually love any crumble cookie but this time it was so bad! Honey bun is one my favs and this was hard, wrong color and tasted nothing like the real thing! It's awful, the other cookies were not like normal, which is usually: soft, hot and yummy no matter what cookie we have tried! Huge and expensive disappointment today!
