Large Fries were great - portion a little small. Buns were burnt. Burger patties were dry and overcooked this time and burgers seem hastily made this time

just ugh... chicken was ok. ghost pepper sauce was weak. I didn't cry, like the spice itselfghosted. shake tasted weaker than Wendy's frosty... frys were unsalted and overcooked. hands down chick fillet has way better food and shakes but closed on Sundays and no ghost pepper dip. I've been to bugerfi and appreciate the workers but definitely not worth another chance. 😔

I ordered while it was raining so it took awhile which was expected, the chicken tenders. I normally buy, today it was so dry I had to throw away 2 pieces, the other 3 I slowly ate.
The fries was super cold so I had to heat up. I was disappointed

I order from Burger Fi because of the fries and chicken sandwich. This time my fries were burnt. Threw them away after paying a lot just for fries. Really disappointed.
