Order was charged 7 dollar service fee
Order was not ready and 2 drivers made to wait.
Expensive chicken was good but bag was not sealed.
No service fee and sealed bag would have ear ed this review at least 4 stars due to making drivers wait.

Ordered a 4 pieces combo just got a box
Mixed of strips and strands of chicken didn't even get the 4 pieces I wanted ordered fried pickles those were missing biscuits were clearly
Old and cold avoid ordering from here terrible service and a concern for the way food is packaged and served

I grabbed a promotion, there should have been 12, and this came to me separately; they were reheated from the day before, maybe.
