The Benton Harbor location is usually good when we go there but we had a very different experince with delivery. Nuggets were the best quality thing we got. Fries were half empty, burgers tasted old, and one had a stale bun. We were even missing some food from our order. I do not recommend ordering from the Benton Harbor store.

I work in the food industry and know what chicken looks like past its hold time! I was given food that was not fresh. The distance from the McDonald's to my location is not far so my sandwich would still be fresh and "Hot" if it was prepared properly. I am not happy with this product.

Large fries missing in order with 2 Cheeseburger Meal . They charge extra for something they can't even pack in a bag that goes with the meal.
