• 1/5/23would have been better but the small fry at almost $4 is ridiculously tiny. not worth paying for. chicken Parm was fantastic but they forgot the tomatoes when making the dagwood and ended up just tossing them loose in the wrapper. messy.

• 1/10/24Everytime I order from this specific store, there is something wrong with my order. I have never gotten an order completely correct. Either ordering online, door dash, or even in store there is always an issue with the food I receive. This specific order my sandwich had no honey mustard at all. Wish I could order from the Penn station on 42 in Florence. Much better quality there.

• 5/17/26I ordered several condiments on the sandwhich that didn't get put on and it was overloaded with pizza sauce so bad it wouldn't stay together.

• 8/10/24This store repeatedly misses items, gives such little meat that you feel like you're eating dry bread, toppings are non-existent and fries soggy. Used to be a favorite, but has gone downhill. Terrible and will not order again.
