Normally a good mocha iced coffee but this time not very good. Mostly milk, not much coffee and no mocha flavor. This was a miss.

My order was completely correct, no issues, had cutlery and napkins! All of the food was hot and exactly as requested. Very prompt on the service and very nice. James even communicated with me while waiting on the order. Ihope he gets my order again!!

I ordered this at 7am and didnt receive order until 9:42am. The biscuit is very good, but dry. And the hashbrowns are hard to chew. But overall good meal from jacks, but took waaaayyy too long.
