• 7/22/26The perfect comfort plate. The Taco de Asada/ Steak is phenomenal. Unfortunately, I am one of ones cursed with cilantro tasting like soap, but I will never order a REAL taco without. It just adds the perfect zing! The Torta Cubana / Cuban and Plátanos Maduros Fritos Solos / Plain Fried Sweet Plantains pictured are only half the torta and just a fraction of the plantains. --the other plantains didn't make it to the photo. They were instantly devoured. I care not for scorched off tastebuds; those plantains are WORTH IT! I've ordered them numerous times and sometimes they're firmer (and delicious!!) and other times like today, they are succulent--soft and mushy and drenched in whatever sweet deliciousness that coats them. I am not ashamed to admit that these plantains move me to tears--especially when life decides to life HARD! They're like a warm hug in the tummy.
--and the torta? I order this constantly and every time it's amazing. The ingredients are so fresh and delicious. It is an incredibly messy meal, but one I'm happy to wear. (Snacks for later?)
I haven't tried the Crepa Crema de Cacahuate / Peanut Butter Crepe yet as those plantains were just too good. (I think I have 2 left to go with my left over 3/4 torta!) I'm excited to try it though! It is calling to me from the fridge.

• 3/19/26First time ordering from here, and I'm not gonna lie, I am in love with this place. They give SO much food and it's all amazing.
I ordered the Torta Cubana / Cuban, Plátanos Maduros Fritos Solos / Plain Fried Sweet Plantains, Pupusa Pollo/ Chicken, to sample and try, everything is so. Darn. Good. My faves were the torta and plantains--I'm obsessed with plantains maduros and it's been a challenge for me to find THE plantains maduros, and my fellow foodie friends, this place has got them. Sweet, crisp, with a touch of savory--absolute heaven.
The torta was sooo good--incredibly messy, but absolutely delicious. I devoured it in record time--I might be wearing some too (snacks for later). The pickled jalapeño on top was the perfect topper on an avalanche of fresh veggies and meat galore.
Of course, for me, the plantains were the star of the show, and the pupusa was tasty too--though I only had room for a small bite as I had SCARFED up the torta and managed to make a dent in the plantains.
Everything tasted so fresh and portions are massive! I can't wait to try what other goodies are here! (And to get more plantains, but now I have breakfast for the morning!)

• 6/24/25Every thing was absolutely delicious! The Pupusa Revuelta de Chicharrón con Frijol / Mixed of Fried Pork Rind with Bean is big & very filling the curtido is everything! Oh & dont forget The Horchata Salvadoreña / Salvadoran Rice Drink reminds me of Fresh Fresco de cacao from the motherland 10/10 highly recommended

• 8/1/24The food was great, we loved the steak pupusa and the plantains, however, just be aware that the taco order only comes with 1 taco, even though the photo has 2 tacos. A little misleading but still delicious.
