Really disappointed that we paid 32 dollars for dry bagels with basically no cream cheese. Not sure we will be back

Ordered an egg and meat bagel with garden veggie cream cheese, but received a plain egg and turkey bacon bagel ); It is so dry I couldn't eat more than one bite.

Unfortunately as much as I wanted to luv this order, I did not. Conceptually, with fresh made bagels and fresh ingredients it should be great but unfortunately it's not. The bagels themselves are undercooked and lacking in flavor (I got the Asiago). My BAS did not have the melty cheese nor much flavor at all; the vegan GG was also very blah with very hot red onions. Sad morning since I wanted all the flavor in a fresh find - too bad.
