The Latte I ordered was amazing! They had gotten all of my instructions correct. The MUNCHKINS® Donut Hole Treats were fluffy and very well coated (ex: the glazed donut had a nice sugary coating) and the Bagel with Cream Cheese Spread was simple but good.

Not everything on their menu is offered here and they are greatly enjoying the benefits of shrinkflation. You get a tiny amount of food, unless its a bagel, as the same price from when they offered more. The food I ordered costs $20 but it wasnt even enough to constitute as a full snack for a toddler

very disappointing sandwich 1 slice of bacon on a egg and bacon sandwich...the bagel isn't toasted really either.

I don't know whos at fault here but this is unacceptable when the drink  was almost 9 dollars. It had maybe 3 pieces of ice and was almost half empty.

So every time I order from the chestnut street dunkin' donuts they mess up my order last week ordered a coffee for my manager and they gave her a hot chocolate and she's allergic to milk today I ordered a hot chocolate and got coffee they really need to start checking the orders i'm making sure the prophecies are in the bag
