Beautiful BBQ BBQ Pork Rice / 叉燒飯 , tasty and generous portion with fresh ingredients. Side of Beef Shank/ 加牛腱 still melt-in-mouth tender, but had some spice for the 1st time (red oil)? Not bad, but our family prefers just the umami of unbeatable Chinese 5 spice essence. TriedThe Dry Guilin / 桂林干粉 for the 1st time, it didn't seem to come with any "special spicy sauce" as advertised?! I enjoyed all the elements, love those rice noodles too, but prob would stick to the broth one at the same price. At least a side of sauce like what comes with the bot choi would be nice 🙏

Always perfectly packed (although a couple more chopsticks next time pls), followed instructions with sauce on the side for bok Bok Choy / 油菜 sauce is DELICIOUS , but family is spice sensitive. Big, meaty, rich, sweet slices of BBQ Pork / 蜜汁叉燒 and it's a dish that just can't be beat.
First time trying Noodleholics signature dish The Guilin Spicy & Sour / 酸辣桂林湯粉 (broth packed separate) fantastic mix of flavors, VERY filling and gluten free! It was also my first time trying this pig intestine and I recommend it, silky and slightly fatty like a nice piece of roast chicken (but with the vitamins and minerals of offal). Crispy Pork fried well to properly soften in the broth.
GENEROUS portions, prepared FAST, good value for your dollar!

My office mate ordered lunch for us yesterday! We both had The Dry Guilin with chicken and a side of broth. The 'side' was the size of a large soup! Very generous and tasty! The veggies and toppings were also fresh and tasty. Neither of liked the chicken at all - it was just boiled and had zero flavor. Also, the noodles were really overcooked, but it was lunch rush on a Friday holiday weekend, so maybe just an off time? All in all pretty good, but I won't order the chicken again.

Absolutely perfect Dandan / 擔擔麵, reminds me of great little places in Seattle & LA. Large portion, too. Pretty much looking forward to lunch leftovers while enjoying dinner rn. You will not be disappointed.

I cannot say enough good things about this establishment. The portions are amazing, the packaging is always secure, the food is so well prepared, and it's not a bad price for the amount of food you get.
