The Rancho Benedict is so so good. the avocado to protein ratio is perfect and the hollandaise is so so good. This is the best egg benedict i've ever had in my life. The mexican coffee is so good, it's easily enjoyable without any cream or sugar, which is rare for me since i like to put a ton of cream on all my coffees.
My son loves their pancakes and eggs from the kids menu. I just wish they'd add a little more protein and a little less pancake but he always finishes his food here so it's not a big deal.
One more thing, I feel like restaurants will often serve you way better when you're there in person but then put no effort when it's a doordash order. Ihop, for example, would forget to add cheese to all my omelettes ordered, etc. This is not the case for early bird! Everything I ordered looked and tasted exactly the same as when I had ordered it in person.

I have been ordering their delicious Mexican Coffee, they always read my friendly note to make it more Mexican coffee than regular coffee and they execute perfectly every. Single.Time. I am Obsessed. The piloncillo sweetness is my weakness. 10/10

Early Bird never disappoints! A great breakfast is sure to come, no matter what you order. Today I had their Mexican Coffee and the Biscuits And Gravy. Delicious and filling with enough to share. They have the most delicious biscuits, flat, buttery and crispy. I had mine without the gravy because I didn't know the gravy was in a coffee cup. Biscuits were the best I'd ever had. Next time I'll know where the gravy can be found! Those biscuits were STILL delicious even without anything. I LOVE this restaurant and their coffee. I will continue to come back. Check for business hours and payment methods before you show up to avoid any disappointments.

Early Bird is a favorite. There is often a wait for a table, so we have our breakfast delivered. Their Hollandaise sauce is easily the best around. We dont limit ourselves to the Benedicts, though the pork belly is delicious. I put the Hollandaise on my John Wayne Omelet and my toast. DefinielyT"Next Level!" The Mexican Coffee is craveable! This breakfast is a fantastic way to wake up. I've been happy with every order from Early Bird. My favorites are the Pork Belly Benedict and the Duck Confit. YUM!!

We ordered the Benny sampler and got no eggs in the container. Only two and was greasy. The eggs any style was cold. The bread was chewy like it was old. The sausage taste more like a burger patty. The fruit was fresh and tasted good. We will never order from here again.
