• 10/16/25the bottom breadHook & Ladder.® was soaking wet and soggy and just did not taste well. The potato soup also had a funny taste. First time eating here in several years and was not impressed.I feel like these were a waste of money.

• 6/3/23Firehouse Steak & Cheese® was watery and the meat tasted undercooked. However, the Italian™ was very good. The potato soup was horrible, and they forgot to put our $2.60 chips in the bag, smh. Oh, and the cookie tasted old. The Firehouse Subs in Granite City are always good in my experience. Unfortunately, it'll be a while before I order from the Glen Carbon one again.
