• 7/4/25My first time ever trying Crumbl, and I am in love. The BEST strawberry shortcake I've ever had, it was a lot bigger portion than I was expecting. Tasted freshly made and was nice and cold, DEFINITELY will be ordering again!

• 5/27/23Cookies were delicious and soft. But the description said they were warm cookies. These were very cold like they'd been refrigerated. I normally wouldn't care but I paid $25 for 6 cookies. I'd kinda want what was advertised

• 11/15/24Seriously? Compare what they sent me to the Pink Doughnut cookie they put on their website. It's not even close. There is barely any icing at all and like 5 sprinkles total lol. I know they saw this before putting it in the box like come on now. Why would you do that?
