This is the 1st time I've ordered from here and I am hoping its a 1 off..but my bagel was not good. im unsure if it was very hard in spots as if it had been previously toasted, left out and retoasted. Maybe it was something else, I am unsure but it wasn't burnt so it isn't that it toasted too long. im just very disjointed in it. I hope if I order from here again it will be better

I ordered steak and cheese crunch rolls and they were replaced with steak and cheese Logs without steak or the right cheese. The tender breading was really soggy before i even put the dressing on it.
