Ridiculously good. The quality is top tier, no fishy taste all three times I've ordered. Recommend the POKI POKI roll for a fresh roll and BLAZING SALMON if you want a fried element from the tempura shrimp in that roll. My only gripe is that the BAKED LOBSTER TEMPURA is a little heavy on the sauce.

Very good. Lots of fish, not a lot of rice in the spicy tuna. Sweet shrimp head fry was great, shrimp was fresh but not the most fresh I've ever had, but still good. Miso soup was great and barely salty in a good way

If all stays the same, this is THE Japanese place to go to! The tempura was not greasy and they have their rice down! Just the right amount of stickiness, moisture and chewiness! Just happy to finally land a Japanese food place as I know Japanese food to be!

All of the rolls were really good and fresh!! I loved certain things about each roll and will definitely be back!!! The Vegas roll was the favorite with all the sauces, added sriracha mayo for a kick bc it only comes with eel sauce.

AHI TUNA TATAKI SALAD and the SALMON NIGIRI were both chewy fish, not fresh or not high quality. The spicy tuna roll was also not good. We fed the salmon to our dogs. At least they liked it. $90 for a nice meal for the dogs. The last two orders from Kay have been poor quality. We are done.
