I ordered the Yacht Sunrise Bowl - 24 oz to split between three people. It was a perfect light snack and we were all satisfied-- not too full or hungry after eating. The fresh fruit was definitely the star of the show. The strawberries and bananas had great flavor. Will definitely order here again

the yacht bowl is HUGE. everything is super fresh. Not a huge fan of the spirulina chia pudding but I'd never tried it before so that's my own fault lol & the bowl is still really good.
