I made a mistake on my order, and it was completely my fault, but I called Firehouse Subs and they fixed everything without any hassle. My sub came out perfect, and I was really happy with it.
I ordered the 12 inch Sweet and Spicy Meatball sub, and it was easily one of the freshest, most homemade tasting fast food/takeout meals I have ever had. That is saying a lot as someone who travels frequently and eats in a lot of different places.
I would absolutely recommend them and will be ordering again.

Very tasty. Good quantity of meat and fixings. Great hoagy roll. Much better than Subway. Photo is half portion.

Firehouse Meatball® was very goood. Great flovor, fresh, nice sized sub, and an excellent value with the buy one get one deal. I will recommend.

For some reason it did'nt select the standard options and they sent me two loaves of bread. I realize that this is ultimately my fault, but $30 for a couple loaves of bread and chili. Hook & Ladder.® sucked. Make sue you double check your order or you'll get loaves of bread with nothing on them.
