This is the best breakfast ive had in YEARS. Silverback has done it again! I ordered the Silverback French Toast Combo and Traditional Bene, both were exceptional and prepared with care.

All week I was craving the French Toast with Home Fries and Bacon, so when I ordered it on Saturday it was just as delicious as the first two times I have ordered it. Always hot and fluffy! The bread has never been soggy or dry and crunchy, the bacon is perfectly chewy and not dried out crunchy, and the potatoes are cubed dices of garlicky goodness! The portion size is enough for two! There's 2 big slices of bread (cut it half, so four triangles) it takes up the to-go container, the home fries and bacon came in a second container where the potatoes was half the container! I appreciate that Silverback isnt shoving all my food and flavors into one to-go box, it's not excessive when there's so much food. Overall, a favorite that I crave and will order again.

Second time ordering French Toast, (extra add-ons were Home Fries, which are wayyyy better than hash browns, and the bacon strips). Enjoyed in restaurant first time, and this time was delivery, neither was a disappointment and will be ordering it again! Enough to share with my teen, and both of us are satiated. Only complaint is that we needed more butter and syrup.
First time trying Grandpa's Bowl, and every component was cooked well, I just wanted more of that yummy sausage gravy!

Silverback is my favorite breakfast spot in Vista. I'm from the mid-west, so I always look for a place with a good Cinnamon Roll , biscuits and gravy. this place has it all and more! Today I tried the House Hash (SIDE ORDER) so good! I usually get the Welcome to the jungle with anything that I order, because I DO love my chocolate, but today I tried The Mommaback for a little hazlenutty goodness! yay for a little monkey business in the morning!

Oh wow, everything here was excellent!! Fresh, great portions. The gravy was delicious on the Country Fried Steak and my daughter loved her 2 Buttermilk Pancakes. We will definitely order from here again!
