The best sushi and poke bowls in Hilo. Whenever I'm in Hilo and I'm hungry, my first thought is Dragon Kitchen for a Spicy Ahi Bowl - The flavor of the brown rice they use is such a good compliment to the dish

The rice was cooked with more water, so the stickiness was quite strong. It is not nearly as spicy as it is called. The quantity is also small. It tastes good, but you should think of it as a kind of negitoro-don (negitoro bowl).

Top quality fish. The rice they use is delicious. I always look forward to my lunch at Dragon Kitchen Sushi! My go to orders are Spicy Ahi Bowl and Sushi Combo A

If you like brown rice sushi this is the place to go. My entire order was brown rice & it added a flavor & texture that I'm not used to so it ruined it for me. Fish & veggies weren't fresh either. Avo smelled bad & fish was mushy & poke bowl was bland. The only thing good was the seaweed salad lol it's the only thing we ate entirely. Sad to waste $80 & not able to eat & enjoy. This is going to waste.
